When will my logs arrive?
Order before 2pm and we deliver the very next day. Any orders after 2pm we will try to fit you in next day but may have to deliver the day after.
What days do you deliver?
Every day all year round.
Where do you leave the logs if I'm not home?
We’ll place them in a safe, dry spot you tell us about (porch, side gate, driveway, garage etc.). Just add delivery instructions at checkout.
Are your logs ready to burn now?
Yes – all our logs are seasoned for at least 2 years with moisture content below 20%. They light easily and burn hot straight away.
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
